1. When and how to display all my personal photos?

All photos of the Goierriko Ehunmilak Ultratrail 2 Haundiak can be viewed from the tenth day following the event. To view your personal pictures you only need to indicate your race number or your name in the fields of "Personal Photos" or "Photo Pack".

2. Are there any other pictures besides these?

There could be images of you in various group photos where you may not be the centre of attention. To find these see the "Photos uncatalogued" section.

You can also access the "General Photos" section where you can view the photos of the circuit and landscapes through which passes Ultratrail Haundiak Ehunmilak and Goierriko 2, group photos, start and finish ...

3. Why are there no more photos of me?

If cannot find your pictures, there may be two reasons:

  • Your race number was not visible. e.g. partly hidden by some object and so on
  • We could not capture it at the right time

4. Is the quality of the image seen on the screen similar to the picture that I receive?

No, the image displayed on the screen is low resolution to optimize Web site performance and carries a watermark to combat piracy. The photo you'll receive is the original file and in high definition.

5. Is the quality of the photos guaranteed?

We are and have been professional photographers for 70 years. We offer professional-quality photos. Photographers who work with us are equipped with the best equipment.

6. Who develops the photos?

To guarantee a professional and personal development and a speedy process of your order, the development was done in our professional laboratory with Kodak photographic paper.

7. What are the formats of pictures that I can buy?

We propose various formats on paper, from 13x19 up to 60x90, plus T-shirts in different sizes and colors. Selecting a picture will show all the products available with their respective prices including VAT 18%.

8. What is a Pack of photos?

The "Photo Pack" consists of your personal photos by race number, but overall the best 3 photos are at a promotional price. This special price is valid regardless of the amount of personal pictures you have.

We offer four options in the Photo Pack, which you can add a title of the event, plus a CD with all your personal photos over the top 3 general photos in digital format in high resolution. The size of the pictures on paper will be 13x19cm.

9. How do I order?

To place an order, you have the following options:

Order online:
  • Select the photos you want by entering your participation number, your name or by selecting the general or discontinued photos, add them to your shopping cart. Once you have finished selecting the photos you want, click the button "Checkout" follow the steps outlined, select a payment method and checkout.
  • We offer four options Photo Pack, which you can add a title of the event, plus a CD with all your personal photos over the top 3 general photos in digital format at high resolution. The size of the pictures on paper shall 13x19cm.
Order by phone:
Call us on +34 943 88 04 78 and tell us the references of the photos and products you want. Depending on whether you pick up your order at our facilities or if you send it by post the price and payment will vary.
Order by email:
Send an e-mail to info@fotoalzuri.com, indicating the participation number/numbers, references and product photos, sizes, personal details and delivery address. We will contact you as soon as possible. Depending on whether you pick up your order at our facilities or if you send it by courier the payment will vary.
Order on our premises:
You can come to our facilities in Beasain and place an order, indicating the photo number and sizes you want.

10. What are the different means of payment accepted to pay for my purchases

  • Credit card Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro.
  • PayPal for orders on the website..
  • Bank transfer for orders in the website, phone and e-mail.
  • Payment in cash when ordering in our facilities.

11. Will my online payment by credit card be safe?

Card payment is made in a direction of Via Rural (Caja Rural) contracted by Foto Alzuri and guarantees complete safety, it is called 3D Secure (Verified by Visa), so that your financial information is directly transferred to the bank and servers through secured payment gateways. Foto Alzuri are not involved in this process and not receive any data.

12. What is the delivery time for orders?

  • Photos and packs, sent within 4 days
  • T-shirts with a photograph, within 10 days

Our products are shipped to the delivery address that the buyer has indicated in the order process. Your order will be delivered in packages and different deadlines depending on the products ordered.

13. What is a picture with a title?

We give you the option to put a title with the name of the event in the photo as a souvenir of your participation in the Ultratrail Goierriko Ehunmilak or 2 Haundiak.

14. Can i buy my photos in digital format and high resolution?

Yes, but only if you buy the "Photo Pack + CD", which includes all your personal photos plus the three general best, on paper and digital format in high resolution.

15. Can I pick up an order made online at the premises of Foto Alzuri?

Yes, but do this before completing the purchase in the payment section. You must select the option to pick up your order at our facilities in Beasain. This way you save shipping costs.

16. How long will my photos on the website www.fotoalzuri.com?

The photos are available online for at least a year.

17. How long will they keep photos on file?

We keep the files of events indefinitely.

18. What corresponds to the shipping costs?

These expenses relate to administrative processing your order, billing, packaging and shipment of products.

19. I can use my photos for press, advertising or posters?

We will sell the photos free from the press. You can use the photos if you include the signature "Foto Alzuri" clearly and legibly, and following the rules in force.

20. Will my address be used for purposes other than my order?

No, your address is used for the sole purpose to ship your order. It is not transmitted to any outside organization or company.

21. Can I return, change, or cancel an order?

Foto Alzuri does not support returns due to the personal nature of the photographs. Only in the event that the customer places an order wrong. If this happens you should contact us as soon as possible to communicate the error in the order or its cancellation. If the order is not in production, the customer may proceed to change or cancel the order. If the order is in production cancellation or change of product is not possible.

22. Can I see the status of my orders?
